By participating in any fitness activities offered by Aloha Fitness Maui LLC, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines or rules provided by Aloha Fitness Maui LLC. 

 

Participant's Responsibility: You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves certain risks and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your participation. 

 

Health and Safety: You agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to Aloha Fitness Maui LLC instructors or staff prior to participating in any fitness activities. You also agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors during classes or training sessions.

 

Payment and Fees: Payment for fitness services provided by Aloha Fitness Maui LLC is due in full prior to participating in any activities, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fees are non-refundable except as provided by applicable law or as determined by Aloha Fitness Maui LLC in its sole discretion.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Aloha Fitness Maui LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule fitness classes or training sessions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. Participants will be notified of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.

 

Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, instructional materials, and workout routines, provided by Aloha Fitness Maui LLC is the property of Aloha Fitness Maui LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

 

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times during fitness activities. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class or training session without refund.

 

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Aloha Fitness Maui LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in fitness activities, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

 

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

Modification of Terms: Aloha Fitness Maui LLC reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Aloha Fitness Maui LLC website or other official channels. 

 

By participating in fitness activities offered by Aloha Fitness Maui LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
